Manager, Technical Project/Program Management

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required approximately 10% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $138,000–$190,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define objectives, milestones, outcomes, viability studies, and resource plans for complex projects and programs.
• Deliver projects according to product and process specifications, cost, resource, and timeline requirements.
• Document development phases and communicate project information across functional areas.
• Lead and develop a team, assign work, and manage end-to-end people responsibilities for the assigned group.
• Drive research and development of technologies, processes, designs, and methodologies for integration into products and services.
• Optimize design development activities and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of concepts, theories, and principles in the relevant job family.
• Understanding of the semiconductor and advanced display industry and how the function contributes to business objectives.
• Experience managing teams and adapting plans to operational challenges.
• Ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to ensure compliance with standards covering confidentiality, patents, ISO, safety, and business conduct.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, with approximately 10% travel; relocation is not available.
