Growth Partnerships (AI/ClimateTech)

Location: New York City; hybrid, with office attendance three days per week. Regular travel is required.

Salary: $140.4K–$187.2K annually, depending on experience and location; equity is offered.

What you will do

• Discuss technical and scientific topics with external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with project developers and manage contract negotiations from start to finish.
• Coordinate across the Science, Growth, and Technology divisions to identify and resolve blockers with priority developers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in managing and driving high-stakes partnerships and negotiations.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while taking ownership and thinking strategically.
• Ability to quickly understand complex topics and discuss them credibly with technical audiences, including scientists.
• Comfort with regular travel.
• Willingness to work in the office three days per week rather than in a fully remote role.
• Interest in a long-term role and readiness to grow with the company over 5–10 years.
