AI Implementation Intern

Location: Hybrid in New York, United States; must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Hourly pay: $27.00–$42.00.

What you will do

• Support live client implementations by helping define candidate journeys, monitoring impact, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Configure hirify.global’s AI agents to match client hiring processes and requirements.
• Run structured testing loops, analyze results, and iterate with Implementation Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Collaborate with Science, Tech, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align configurations with client needs.
• Design and refine implementation-monitoring processes using ClickUp.
• Contribute to strategic enterprise projects involving large-scale project management and change management.

Requirements

• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and determine their root causes.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with clear and concise communication adaptable to colleagues and clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to go beyond assigned responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking, including identifying patterns in test results, summarizing findings, and recommending next steps.
• Strong project organization skills, including managing multiple workstreams, maintaining clear trackers, and following up on time.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills.
• Experience with ClickUp, Lovable, Claude, Cursor, or Linear, or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Coding experience or experience building something with AI tools.
