IT Intern, AI and Operations

Location: Sunnyvale, California office or remote within the United States

Salary: $25 per hour

What you will do

• Design, build, and test Claude skills for IT and Security workflows.
• Assist with scoping, building, and iterating on AI agents that automate repetitive tasks.
• Configure and validate MCP connectors for Slack, Atlassian, Asana, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
• Support log review, alert triage, and incident documentation across Okta, Microsoft Purview, and Defender.
• Assist with hardware procurement, onboarding and offboarding, Jamf device management, and SaaS access requests.
• Create and maintain AI, security, and IT runbook documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.4.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for 40 hours per week during an 8–12 week internship.
