Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time

Salary: $154,000–$212,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and drive projects from conception and planning through implementation.
• Manage project schedules, task details, tracking reports, checklists, and scheduling tools.
• Coordinate divisional resources, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to achieve on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Drive cost and schedule performance for equipment programs serving internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
• Participate in multifunctional design teams and provide technical input to achieve project goals.
• Identify project complications, develop solutions, and communicate objectives, status, releases, and deployments.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree.
• 6–8 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline.
• Experience interpreting business challenges and recommending practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Ability to lead others through complex problem solving, exercise judgment, and negotiate difficult concepts.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, with travel of approximately 10%.
