Deployment Operations Coordinator (Aerospace)

hirify.global is an aerospace company headquartered in Silicon Valley that develops an advanced air mobility platform, including air taxis, unmanned aircraft systems, and AI solutions for commercial aerospace and defense customers.

What you will do

• Identify and research businesses near target airports that could host Vantage receivers, assessing rooftop access, line of sight, power availability, and other site requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective host sites, researching ownership, decision-makers, site suitability, outreach activity, responses, and pipeline status.
• Cold-call and email property and business owners, explain the hosting opportunity, answer questions, and move interested parties toward agreements.
• Draft, send, track, and process hosting agreements and related paperwork through signature.
• Maintain accurate site records, including contact details, agreement status, site specifications, access requirements, and logistics notes.
• Coordinate scheduling and handoff of signed, install-ready sites to the Deployment Engineering and field teams, while reporting pipeline metrics and flagging bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct research, phone and email outreach, agreement follow-up, and administrative coordination across the full site pipeline.
• Ability to communicate professionally and persistently with property and business owners who may be unfamiliar with the technology or hesitant to host equipment.
• Ability to coordinate access, scheduling, site questions, and follow-up between host businesses and field teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate CRM, site database, paperwork, and pipeline records.
