Lead Material Flow Specialist

Location: McCarran, Nevada, United States. Onsite warehouse role with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday through Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily workflow, staffing assignments, production priorities, and material movement activities.
• Lead, train, mentor, and coach warehouse associates while reinforcing safety, quality, and accountability.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, complete inventory adjustments, and support reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate shipping, transfers, inventory inquiries, and operational issues with Production, Logistics, Quality, and other departments.
• Troubleshoot process, inventory, and quality issues and communicate performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain safety, equipment inspection, warehouse operating, and standard operating procedure requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, packaging, or material flow.
• Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, WMS transactions, and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, time management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely perform work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work the specified full-time shift schedule.

Nice to have

• PIT or forklift certification or operating experience.
• Knowledge of quality standards, safety procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies.
