Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

Location: On-site in Senatobia, Mississippi, United States. Shift B: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse, receiving, storage, shipping, and dispatch operations.
• Lead and support employees handling products, systems, and services.
• Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, floor utilization, manpower, and equipment performance.
• Prepare and code receipt and dispatch documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock takes and cycle counting.
• Identify equipment, facility, service-quality, efficiency, safety, and process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of manufacturing production supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail, time efficiency, and manpower utilization.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of an ERP system; SAP knowledge is highly preferred.
• Existing US work authorization required.
