Localization Project Manager (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between internal eCOA, Technical Solutions, Design, and project management teams.
• Manage communication with instrument developers and third-party translation vendors regarding questionnaire development and client translation requirements.
• Research and implement translation and eCOA requirements, including layout, formatting, device appearance, and timelines.
• Provide English JSON files and screen reports to translation vendors and route translated files to Technical Solutions for implementation.
• Create questionnaire screen reports from screenshots and proofread them for complete and correctly ordered content.
• Coordinate revisions between Technical Solutions and translation vendors while aligning translation timelines with Lead Project Managers.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong localization experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and multitasking effectively.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, and professional communication skills.
• Strong interest in language, research, and the pharmaceutical industry.
