Multilingual Content Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid schedule with 5–6 remote work days per month

What you will do

• Prepare briefings for translation, post-editing, proofreading, website QA, and SEO tasks.
• Schedule assignments for in-house translators and proofreaders.
• Negotiate task scope, deadlines, and rates with freelance translators.
• Provide translators with technical support and clarify instructions.
• Contact clients for content approvals and prepare final delivery files.
• Update customer and supplier files in team tools.

Requirements

• Higher education in languages or translation.
• Experience or familiarity with linguistic project management.
• High-level English and French required.
• Experience with Trados Studio.
• Excellent knowledge of Office tools and strong computer skills.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, with teamwork, adaptability, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
