Implementation Coordinator III (Fintech)

Location: Remote within approximately a 70-mile radius of the offices in Allen, Texas; Overland Park, Kansas; Springfield, Missouri; or Monett, Missouri. Workplace type: Hybrid. Occasional onsite interviews or in-person onboarding may be required, and travel is approximately 10%.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on location and experience.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple three- to 12-month OutLink Data Center implementation engagements from planning through go-live.
• Prepare clients through readiness reviews, operational information gathering, setup completion, and training coordination.
• Build implementation timelines, establish milestones, coordinate internal and client resources, and monitor progress.
• Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues while maintaining accountability for successful installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation coordinators, conduct exit reviews, and prevent recurring issues.
• Support non-standard implementation activities, sales turnover meetings, and training for team members or customer personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience within a financial institution, data center, or FinTech organization.
• Ability to manage project timelines and milestones across multiple concurrent priorities.
• Ability to coordinate work across internal and client stakeholders and communicate status and expectations clearly.
• Ability to identify and escalate risks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or an on-call rotation during scheduled go-lives, critical implementation activities, and issue resolution.
• Must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of the specified U.S. office locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global products, especially SilverLake or CIF 20/20 core banking systems, in implementation, operations, or support.
• Project management or project coordination experience involving timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Data center operations experience with hosted processing environments, conversions, go-live support, and operational readiness.
• Technical application support experience involving software troubleshooting, resolution documentation, escalations, and technical communication.
