Principal Solutions Consultant (Blockchain Analytics)

What you will do

• Advise enterprise clients on risk, compliance, investigations, cyber-threat intelligence, and digital-asset management solutions.
• Lead discovery, solution design, technical validation, demos, proofs of concept, and executive presentations throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide hands-on guidance on API integrations, data workflows, architecture, troubleshooting, implementation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, GPRG, Intelligence, and Product Management through evaluation, onboarding, and adoption.
• Capture customer insights for product features, integrations, and go-to-market strategy, while representing hirify.global at industry events and partner forums.
• Mentor Solutions Consulting peers and shape global processes and automation initiatives for scalable pre-sales and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of client-facing technical experience in roles such as Solution Architect or Sales Engineer in the blockchain analytics space.
• Experience leading commercial engagements with financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, or technology platforms in risk, compliance, investigations, or cyber-threat intelligence.
• Understanding of the regulatory implications of implementing digital-asset programmes and solutions.
• Strong technical foundation in full-stack software development, blockchain data structures, networking principles, Layer 1, Layer 2, and interoperability protocols.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with IT and security protocols such as TLS/SSL, plus experience with data compliance, governance, and auditability.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort with data-visualisation or observability tools such as Datadog or Kibana.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences, with the ability to explain complexity clearly and deliver outcome-focused solutions.
• Collaborative, empathetic communication; commercial awareness; problem-solving ability; and a proactive, self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability and willingness to undergo the U.S. government security-clearance process (TS/SCI).

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AWS Security.
• Understanding of payments, compliance, AML, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
