Principal Solutions Architect (DX)

Location: Remote in the United States; the role is associated with Salt Lake City, United States and hirify.global's U.S. geographic pay zones.

Base pay: USD 171,810–224,308 for Zone C, USD 186,300–243,225 for Zone B, or USD 207,000–270,250 for Zone A, annually.

What you will do

• Lead technical post-sales implementation, onboarding, complex integrations, and system architecture for Enterprise customers.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to guide customers from evaluation through production.
• Run technical deep dives to map the DX platform to engineering goals, workflows, and organizational structures.
• Design and build custom integrations and workflows connecting DX APIs with complex client environments.
• Advise customers on developer-experience analytics, deployment methodologies, branching strategies, and engineering practices.
• Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap and feature improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience.
• Programming experience with Ruby/Rails or Python, plus a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with Git and the GitHub CLI.
• Familiarity with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL, and using data for analytical solutioning.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, workshop leadership, executive discussion, organizational, and technical delivery skills.
