Associate Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support Solutions Architects with product deployments, technical discovery, architecture design, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Assist customers with API security challenges and explain how the platform addresses their needs.
• Support platform deployments, integrations, and technical evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Prepare technical presentations, documentation, and demonstration environments.
• Troubleshoot customer questions and develop knowledge of APIs, cloud environments, application security, and cybersecurity technologies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Software Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related technical role.
• Basic understanding of APIs, REST, HTTP, and web application architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container technologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, technical curiosity, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take ownership.
