Program Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering (AI)

Location: San Jose, CA, USA

Compensation range: $190,920–$354,480 USD total target compensation, including base pay and performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of complex Forward Deployed Engineering projects involving data governance, privacy, and DataAI Security.
• Align scope, milestones, adoption goals, dependencies, risks, and customer outcomes across deployment phases.
• Apply project management controls and tools, including AI tools, to track progress, automate reporting, and escalate risks and issues.
• Coordinate engagement with technical, business, privacy, legal, and executive stakeholders to confirm decision owners and unblock dependencies.
• Build working knowledge of Securiti AI solutions, deployment methods, data governance and privacy use cases, and FDE delivery patterns.
• Translate technical concepts and progress into clear business-facing deliverables, timelines, and updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing product ownership.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent customer engagements.
• Technical understanding of system architectures, APIs, and cloud environments sufficient for meaningful trade-off discussions with engineers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical projects with clear ownership, structure, escalation discipline, and customer-facing accountability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in written and verbal formats and drive consensus toward goals and outcomes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira, or PSA tools.
• Understanding and experience with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data security, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT deployments.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with projects centered on DSPM, CSPM, DLP, data governance, or privacy platforms.
