Analytics Co-op (Data Analytics)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; work arrangement, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Identify and size innovative opportunities with business partners to find solutions for clients.
• Simplify complex processes, ideas, and concepts through data analysis and verbal and written presentations.
• Work with teams to visualize and design potential products or services.
• Assess the market, business, and technical merits of proposed concepts.
• Participate in concept development and gather, promote, and assess ideas and recommendations from business and technology partners.
• Review processes and ensure activities are followed accurately and precisely.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education; enrollment in a registered Co-op program is not required.
• Technical skills in data analytics, including reviewing and evaluating data to identify opportunities and sharing findings with partners.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other tools used to review and present findings.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a team to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating ideas and opinions involving evaluation, interpretation, and assessment.
• Ability to work collaboratively, understand different perspectives, and apply information accurately using critical thinking.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
• Resume limited to two pages and cover letter limited to one page.
