Manager (Digital Performance Consulting)

Location: Toronto, Canada; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Develop frameworks, solutions, recommendations, and consulting approaches for digital performance engagements.
• Deliver projects for issuers, merchants, and co-brand partners across the North American region.
• Build actionable insights and solutions that support client growth, profitability, and business objectives.
• Analyze large industry and hirify.global datasets to identify client issues, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with merchant sales, marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and global regional teams.
• Build scalable solutions, toolkits, best-practice documents, and reusable consulting resources.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling multiple projects and building relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with financial performance indicators, advanced analytics, coding tools, Power BI, or Python.
• Knowledge of banking operations, payments, digital customer experience, marketing, and card acquiring.
• Ability to work from the Toronto office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, analytics, software development, or digital agencies.
• Experience developing LLM tools, LLM-driven agents, and models.
• Experience with Answer Engine Optimization and custom optimization tools.
• Knowledge of web analytics and digital measurement tools such as Adobe and Google.
• Technology mindset and awareness of current digital trends and applications.
