Operations Analyst

Location: On-site at the Toronto Branch in Milton, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Transform complex operational data into insights, recommendations, and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze branch performance, productivity, and error trends to identify root causes and improve operations.
• Own analytical projects from identifying opportunities through recommending solutions and measuring results.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution Operations to understand needs and support strategic initiatives.
• Use SQL and Power BI to develop reporting tools, uncover trends, and measure performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering is preferred.
• 3+ years of analyst experience, including auditing and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA and Power Automate.
