Senior Implementation Consultant - Alternatives (Eze OMS)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work model

Salary: USD 120,000–160,000 annual base salary, with potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Implementation Architects to understand client workflows and define order management requirements.
• Configure and test front-office solutions focused on core Order Management, trading, and related integrations.
• Manage functional delivery across multiple concurrent client implementations.
• Document requirements, workflows, configurations, customizations, and integration requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, track readiness, resolve delivery issues, and support onsite and remote go-live events.
• Lead OMS training for Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations teams, and other user groups while using AI and automation tools to improve implementation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in financial services or technology onboarding preferred.
• Project management, organization, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for setting internal and external expectations.
• Experience using AI tools for process automation and productivity enhancement.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, Windows server environments, and technical tools.
