Innovation & Business Transformation, Sr. Manager (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid work up to two days remotely per week or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Base salary: $134,200–$201,200 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Execute technology-enabled transformation initiatives across Medical Writing Science, coordinating milestones, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Assess current-state workflows, identify pain points and user needs, and contribute to future-state process improvement designs.
• Translate business needs into requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, implementation plans, and success measures.
• Partner with scientific, business, user, technology, and governance stakeholders to validate workflows and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Plan and facilitate prototypes, pilots, workflow validation, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities.
• Support change, adoption, training, user feedback, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, technology, engineering, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with business transformation, digital innovation, AI enablement, process improvement, automation, analytics, or technology-enabled workflow initiatives.
• Ability to analyze workflows and translate business and user needs into requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Experience supporting prototypes, pilots, user acceptance testing, implementation, change management, and post-implementation improvement.
• Strong analytical, project management, facilitation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
