What you will do
- Support employees throughout the full lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, performance processes, leave, benefits, and offboarding.
- Advise employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and day-to-day questions.
- Maintain accurate employee data, HR systems, files, policies, templates, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll changes, benefits, and employment processes with Finance, Legal, and external partners.
- Organize People team priorities, project trackers, meeting follow-ups, decision records, and operating cadences.
- Improve unclear or manual processes using data, AI, automation, and scalable tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, project management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organization, follow-through, ownership, and project management skills.
- Experience working with systems, processes, data, documentation, and HRIS platforms.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort using AI, automation, and new tools.
- Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
- Strong judgment, empathy, service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global or fast-growing technology company.
- Experience with BambooHR or a similar HRIS platform.
- Experience supporting performance, compensation, talent, or organizational processes.
- Hands-on experience with project management, automation, or reporting tools.
