Software Licensing Specialist

Location: Remote; candidates must reside in Alabama, Arizona, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Maryland, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or West Virginia. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Evaluate license disposition for specific requirements and process tickets from software analysts.
• Research procurement data, compare it with customer information, and determine license availability.
• Process software procurement information, vendor invoices, product specifications, licenses, and End User License Agreements.
• Record license entitlement information in FAA software asset management systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, vendor agreements, and organizational policies.
• Support audits, assessments, reporting, governance documentation, and customer deliverables.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Information Systems, or IT.
• At least three years of relevant experience in software licensing support, IT service operations, and/or IT asset support.
• Familiarity with FAA-relevant tools and processes.
