• Develop training materials and playbooks to scale provider growth.
• Collaborate with state agencies and community organizations.

Requirements

• Must be based in North Carolina and willing to travel frequently across the state.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and operate small businesses.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to build trust quickly.
• Knowledge of North Carolina child care licensing (DCDEE) is a strong advantage.
