Senior Technical Project Manager - DevOps

Location: Remote - US

Estimated pay range: $138,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex DevOps and cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, Security, QA, IT, Product, Firmware, and Operations teams.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment strategies, release automation, and environment management.
• Coordinate cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, platform upgrades, and Infrastructure as Code adoption.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, delivery metrics, and executive reporting.
• Drive DevSecOps, security testing, compliance activities, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of technical project or program management experience and 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development and deployment lifecycles, CI/CD concepts, project planning, risk management, and technical dependencies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, or Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including executive-level technical reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, monitoring and observability tools, and security scanning.
• Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.
