Senior Product Manager, Women’s Health (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with willingness and ability to work in the office 1–3 days per week; or remote in Boston, Massachusetts. Candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wisconsin are not considered.

Salary: $147,900–$174,000 for Region 3, $158,950–$187,000 for Region 2, or $172,550–$203,000 for Region 1, depending on US location.

What you will do

• Co-create the long-term vision for pregnancy and postpartum products that help users understand their bodies, manage symptoms, detect risk, and improve health and wellbeing.
• Translate research, user insights, scientific findings, and complex health concepts into novel consumer product experiences with scientists, clinicians, designers, engineers, and commercial teams.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver 0-to-1 wellness and regulated product experiences from early concept through launch.
• Lead launch readiness, post-launch iteration, and evaluation of product performance using market, qualitative, and quantitative data.
• Own adoption, quality, safety, and outcome metrics while driving member acquisition, retention, and measurable health outcomes.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality teams and contribute to Product team best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in rapidly scaling or hyper-growth companies with high-quality consumer experiences.
• Experience defining, building, and scaling 0-to-1 products that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled or AI-native consumer products through launch and iteration.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for product discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, analysis, requirements definition, and decision-making, including validating AI-generated outputs and identifying where human judgment is essential.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and design teams to define product behavior, evaluation criteria, feedback loops, quality thresholds, and failure handling.
• Deep understanding of healthcare and/or women’s health, including demonstrated professional experience and impact building healthcare products.
• Experience working with scientists and clinicians to co-develop high-caliber, science-backed product experiences.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams.
