Senior Product Manager (Healthcare AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 USD base salary per year, with equity and benefits

Healthcare technology company building an AI-powered Medicare platform with CRM and client services for independent brokers and agencies.

What you will do

• Define product specifications and collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features.
• Automate and improve broker workflows for book of business management, quoting, enrollment, retention, and compliance.
• Conduct user research with brokers and internal teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Use dashboards, SQL, and data partnerships to evaluate product performance and measure outcomes.
• Own product-domain expertise, align work with broader product strategy, and clarify ambiguous problems.
• Support release planning, quality assurance, usability reviews, and the evolution of product processes.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing a successful product domain, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Ability to write clear product specifications and detailed user stories.
• Experience moving between product discovery and delivery, including user interviews and launch cycles.
• Strong cross-functional communication and judgment when balancing speed, rigor, and trade-offs.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and measure product impact.
• Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and work with senior stakeholders.
