Enterprise AI Solutions Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Tacoma, Washington, United States.

Base salary: $122,000–$183,920 per year, plus corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Support, Operations, and IT to identify AI opportunities, define success metrics, and build business cases.
• Map end-to-end enterprise processes such as lead-to-cash, procure-to-pay, hire-to-retire, record-to-report, and issue-to-resolution to identify automation opportunities.
• Evaluate and recommend custom agents, enterprise AI platforms, SaaS-native AI, or AI-powered automation using tools such as Glean, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Salesforce, Oracle, and Databricks.
• Prioritize AI demand, maintain the backlog, run build-buy-configure evaluations, and present recommendations to senior leaders and executives.
• Build prototypes, AI agents, custom GPTs, Claude Projects, and automated workflows hands-on, taking solutions through production and tracking business outcomes.
• Define solution designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, governance, security, privacy, adoption, training, and reusable intake and evaluation standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business systems, solutions consulting, product management, or solution architecture, working directly with senior functional leaders.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building generative and agentic AI solutions with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, and Google Gemini.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock Agents, OpenAI Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Model Context Protocol connectors.
• Strong knowledge of prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and AI evaluation; daily use of Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI coding assistants.
• Experience owning backlogs, prioritizing demand across multiple stakeholders, and conducting and defending build-buy-configure evaluations.
• Deep end-to-end understanding of enterprise business processes across functions and how they flow across systems and teams.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities in Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks, Oracle Fusion, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, success metrics, and business cases; influence across functions and build trusted relationships with VP- and C-level leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
