Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery

AI and technology consulting organization delivering Salesforce, AWS, Agentforce, generative AI, conversational AI, and predictive analytics solutions for business transformation and customer experience improvement.

What you will do

• Manage delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects, including solutions using internal products and solution accelerators.
• Guide customers and delivery teams in defining use cases, business outcomes, and overall solution direction.
• Transition customers from sales to delivery by reviewing SOWs and partner-funding POs, defining project responsibilities, and facilitating kickoff and onboarding.
• Plan and monitor project financials, scope, schedules, status meetings, and day-to-day customer relationships.
• Manage delivery team members, coordinate with project stakeholders, and report measured outcomes before project closeout.
• Stay informed about internal AI initiatives, products, and solutions to improve project innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS across all phases of project delivery.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation, sizing, SOWs, and Change Order contracting.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator certification plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Demonstrated experience writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing project scope.
