Business Operations Project Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead operational improvement projects from scoping through delivery, managing scope, owners, timelines, dependencies, and progress reporting.
• Map, document, and improve business processes, including writing SOPs and operational playbooks.
• Coordinate priorities across departments and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Define and track operational KPIs, dashboards, and recurring performance reports.
• Select, implement, and improve tools and automations that reduce manual work and accelerate delivery.
• Use AI for process analysis, documentation, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or program management.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Strong process design skills, including workflow mapping, bottleneck identification, and documentation.
• Analytical ability to work with data, track KPIs, and turn reporting into action.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with leadership and individual contributors.
• Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum.
• Experience building operations from scratch in a startup or scaling company.
• Experience with workflow automation or AI tools.
• Comfort using Google Suite, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
