Licensing and Localization Project Coordinator (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Liaise between internal eCOA teams, questionnaire instrument developers and license holders.
• Coordinate translation requirements and development needs between Technical Solutions, Design teams and third-party translation vendors.
• Research licensing, translation and eCOA requirements, including questionnaire layout, formatting and device appearance, and identify license holders.
• Manage translation and eCOA requirements, timelines, reference guides and project-outset information gathering.
• Supply English .json files and screen reports for translation, then coordinate translated files and revisions with Technical Solutions.
• Create and proofread questionnaire screen reports and collaborate with Lead Project Managers on translation timelines for client communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• 0–2 years of experience; pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
• Strong interest in language and research, with a desire to join the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and the ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills.
• Self-motivated with professional communication skills.
