Product Manager (ERP Integration)

Location: Hybrid role based in Kraków, Poland

Salary: 18,000–22,500 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Own and prioritise the backlog and roadmap for a SAP or D365 F&O integration.
• Run customer, partner, and internal discovery, using AI tools and agents where appropriate.
• Write problem statements, epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for engineering and AI coding agents.
• Define test cases, validate completed work, and make delivery trade-offs during sprints.
• Monitor SAP and Microsoft ecosystem changes, including release waves, APIs, and deprecations.
• Act as the ERP subject-matter expert across Customer Success, Support, Sales, Implementation, and other Product teams.

Requirements

• Product management, product ownership, or relevant functional/technical consulting experience in B2B SaaS or ERP environments.
• Working knowledge of either SAP, including S/4HANA, ECC, MM, FI, or ABAP, or D365 F&O.
• Understanding of finance and accounts payable processes, including invoice-to-pay, master data, posting, and payment flows.
• Knowledge of integration concepts such as APIs, event-driven patterns, authentication, and error handling.
• Practical experience using AI tools in product work and familiarity with spec-driven development or willingness to learn it.
• Clear written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• ERP implementation or integration project experience.
• Agile practices and backlog tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with D365 Business Central or NetSuite.
