Senior Partner/Alliances Business Operations Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote, West Coast; USA - Sunnyvale, CA

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year, plus bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for partner capabilities and go-to-market initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and manage system improvements from discovery through implementation.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for partner capabilities, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement data governance, monitor system stability, resolve defects, and establish KPIs for adoption, service levels, and support.
• Create system documentation, logical workflows, training materials, and transition documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional stakeholders on requirements, user stories, testing, training, and change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Channel, Partner Program, or Operations experience.
• Experience with partner capabilities including leads, contracts, deal registration, cloud marketplaces, onboarding, incentives, quoting, order processing, invoicing, training, managed services, and provisioning.
• Extensive Salesforce expertise and experience in fast-growing SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Clari, Tackle, Crossbeam, Miro, Slack, and BI tools; Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely on the West Coast and be eligible for U.S. employment.
