Senior Finance Manager, Category Finance - Meats

Location: Chicago, IL — Chicago/Aon Center

Salary: $120,800–$151,000 annual base salary; eligible for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Own FP&A and growth routines for the Meats Platform.
• Support planning, forecasting, and consolidation for the business unit management cycle, Annual Operating Plan, enterprise strategy, and brand valuation review.
• Analyze business results, financial targets, variance drivers, demand drivers, trade spend, and commodity cost variances.
• Own centralized business-unit modeling, analytics, and management presentation preparation.
• Own financial models for Innovation and Capex while working cross-functionally to collect required inputs.
• Support productivity initiatives and process-improvement efforts, including incorporating productivity into the financial forecast.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting is required.
• High-level mastery of Excel is required.
• Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines, with above-average organization.
• Ability to work and deliver materials with minimal supervision.

• Prior Category Finance, Corporate FP&A, and/or business-unit experience.
