Manager - Finance, Global Transportation

Location: Onsite in hirify.global, Wisconsin, four days per week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $118,650–$183,650 annually, plus performance bonus or variable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own global transportation forecasting, annual operating plans, and long-range strategic planning.
• Lead monthly forecasting for North America and support transportation planning across business units.
• Consolidate, analyze, and communicate transportation financial performance against plans, forecasts, and prior-year results.
• Develop financial insights and recommendations for supply chain and finance leadership.
• Partner with Transportation, Distribution, Procurement, and Supply Chain leadership teams.
• Support sourcing events, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, scenario modeling, and transportation cost-risk analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders across organizational levels in financial and managerial contexts.
• Working knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP system, Excel, and BPC is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in hirify.global, Wisconsin four days per week.
• Current US work authorization without present or future sponsorship requirement.
