Senior Financial Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Plantation, Florida, United States

Salary: $86,500–$138,500 annually, plus potential equity grant, 401(k), and annual bonus eligibility for qualifying positions.

hirify.global’s Healthcare Finance team supports financial planning and growth for the healthcare business.

What you will do

• Build financial models and analyze large datasets to provide business insights, reporting, recommendations, and conclusions to leadership.
• Support financial performance management frameworks and define metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Finance, Healthcare Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams.
• Participate in strategic planning, target setting, and annual and quarterly planning.
• Oversee the monthly close process and maintain accurate books and records according to company policies.
• Manage multiple projects and pursue continuous improvement across merchandising, operations, supply chain, accounting, and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience, with a basic understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience in financial analysis and modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, plus PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with SQL, Hyperion SmartView, Tableau, and Oracle ERP.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, solve problems under time constraints, manage ambiguity, and meet deadlines.
