Senior Financial Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Plantation, Florida, United States; available in three locations.

Base salary: $86,500–$138,500 per year, plus potential equity and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Build financial models and analyze large datasets to produce business insights, reports, recommendations, and conclusions for leadership.
• Support financial performance management frameworks and define metrics and performance indicators.
• Partner with Finance, Healthcare Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Accounting.
• Participate in strategic planning, target setting, and annual and quarterly planning.
• Oversee the monthly close process and ensure accurate books and records under company policies.
• Manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience, with knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience with SQL, Hyperion SmartView, Tableau, and Oracle ERP.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, solve problems under time constraints, manage ambiguity, and communicate effectively.
