What you will do

• Act as a strategic financial partner for the loyalty membership program, collaborating with product, pricing, and marketing teams.
• Build advanced reporting and forecasting functions from the ground up for new lines of business.
• Synthesize large datasets using SQL, Hyperion/Oracle, and Tableau to produce actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews and forecasting processes to track performance and identify risks.
• Scale reporting throughput by automating processes and adopting new tools, including AI.
• Evaluate new growth opportunities to support strategic decisions and ensure financial objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or Accounting (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate/Strategic Finance or Business Analytics (3+ years for MBA candidates).
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/Index Match and pivot tables.
• Proficiency with SQL or other database query tools.
• Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA
