Finance Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Bellevue, WA, United States; available in three locations.

Base salary: $110,500–$176,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with finance, analytics, merchandising, product, marketing, technology, accounting, operations, and customer service teams.
• Build advanced reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial review processes for the hirify.global+ loyalty membership business.
• Model and analyze large datasets to develop business cases, recommendations, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Extract and analyze data using SQL, Hyperion/Oracle, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Automate and scale reporting processes by adopting new tools, including AI.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting reviews, explain variances, and identify risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, analytics, accounting, or a related field; an MBA is also accepted.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years for MBA candidates, preferably in retail, ecommerce, or membership business models.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, business case development, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or other database query tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, independent judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
