What you will do
- Provide financial reporting, business insight, and analysis to the fulfillment center General Manager, management team, and regional leadership.
- Support business management, decision-making, continuous improvement, and profitability initiatives across operations, supply chain, accounting, and finance.
- Contribute to strategic planning, target setting, annual planning, forecasting, risk and opportunity analysis, and resource allocation.
- Manage variable-labor planning and support cost optimization while maintaining customer service performance.
- Oversee the monthly close process and ensure accurate books and records in line with company policies.
- Support capital planning through financial analysis, cost-benefit tracking, and business case development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
- At least 3 years of related experience in operations, finance, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and business case development.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with required proficiency in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, independent problem-solving ability, and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, NAV, Oracle, or other financial systems.
- Advanced relational database skills, including Access or SQL.
- Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, or other data visualization tools.
