Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; on-site role

Annual salary: $125,000–$140,000, plus bonus or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with General & Administration leaders to review monthly actuals, analyze forecast variances, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly management review packages.
• Analyze historical, current, and projected financial data for planning, forecasting, and management decisions.
• Build quarterly and annual forecast models covering operating expenses, headcount, and capital.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that solve business problems and improve profitability.
• Conduct ad-hoc planning and analysis for the business and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience.
• Understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or planning applications; SAP or OneStream preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, California, United States.
