Senior Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $130,800–$140,000 per year

hirify.global's Williams Controls business unit manufactures electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic throttle controls, configurable joysticks, adjustable pedal systems, sensors, hand controls, and armrest systems for commercial vehicles.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external customer project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain product development and project plans, including milestones, phase-gate reviews, and design reviews.
• Facilitate project meetings covering schedules, status, issues, risks, and required resources.
• Track deliverables, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks affecting project milestones and launches.
• Provide senior management with status reports covering schedules, revenue impacts, and program issues.
• Improve project and business processes while coordinating with engineering, materials, production, logistics, quality assurance, and sales.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of experience in a senior project management role in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive project management skills.
• Proven ability to lead team members, maintain objectives, and facilitate countermeasures to realign project deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
