What you will do

• Manage solar power plants after PAC and during the EPC warranty period.
• Act as the primary internal and external contact for EPC post-construction matters and represent EPC contractors on assigned projects.
• Manage EPC, supply, and works agreements, including contract compliance and risk management.
• Lead incoming and outgoing warranty claims, including claims involving financial bonds.
• Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams to resolve post-construction issues.
• Monitor contractual KPIs, negotiate technical and commercial solutions, and steer discussions concerning under-performance and liquidated damages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in post-construction, O&M, warranty management, or project management.
• Experience with contract and risk management, performance monitoring and reporting, EPC and O&M contract negotiation, multidisciplinary team coordination, regulatory compliance, and financial claims management.
• Excellent command of English.

• Relevant project management or contract management certifications.
• German or other regional languages for stakeholder management.
