What you will do

• Manage digital project teams developing technology-driven business strategies and transformation solutions.
• Guide clients across industries through business model transformation using Big Data, GenAI, cloud, digital platforms, next-generation ERP, and IoT solutions.
• Analyze client needs, conduct strategic due diligence, oversee data analyses, and develop and present business recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise them on strategic technology and digital challenges.
• Lead and develop Associates and Consultants through mentorship, apprenticeship, and feedback.
• Contribute digital and technology insights to BCG’s intellectual capital and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Several years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, specializing in technology and digital strategy engagements.
• Experience in strategic technology or IT roles in industry or in a technology start-up may also be part of the professional background.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects successfully while maintaining client engagement.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively in presentations and reports.
• Strong ability to build lasting client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Flexibility and the ability to deconstruct and resolve complex challenges.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
