Technical Delivery Manager (EV Charging)

Location: Hybrid, with office attendance three days a week in Berlin, Germany; Stockholm, Sweden; or Espoo, Finland.

Salary: €49,400–€54,000 gross per year.

What you will do

• Lead the technical onboarding of customers and external partners, including software interfaces for exchanging data and services.
• Own the technical workstream from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, launch, and operational handover.
• Coordinate internal teams and external technical stakeholders across delivery, including Operations, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Roaming Operations.
• Lead complex technical changes such as migrations, platform upgrades, connection changes, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Monitor integration health after launch, coordinate incident investigations, and drive improvements to recurring issues and onboarding processes.
• Provide technical input during sales and solution design, including feasibility, scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience delivering technical integration, implementation, or onboarding projects in a SaaS, platform, mobility, payments, or similarly complex environment.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including coordination of multiple internal and external parties throughout a delivery lifecycle.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, authentication, and technical testing.
• Experience managing technical risks, dependencies, incidents, and escalations in a structured way.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; the role requires hybrid attendance at one of the listed offices.

Nice to have

• German, Finnish, Swedish, or another European language.
• Experience with connected services or platform integrations.
• Experience in electric-vehicle charging, connected mobility, fleet services, payments, or another platform-based industry.
