Vice President, Digital Finance (AI)

Location: Hybrid role in New York City, New York, United States. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility. Travel up to 20% is required, including on-site PBF working sessions and executive reviews. Possible night and weekend work may be required around PBF releases, quarter-end and year-end close, LE and OPN cycles, and SOX audit windows.

Annual base salary: $274,000–$456,600. Eligible for a 30% bonus target and share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead the global Digital Finance Creation Center and deliver the enterprise Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting transformation, including scope, budget, risks, releases, adoption, and executive updates.
• Own the AI-native, explainable P&L forecast for revenue, COGS, operating expenses, clinical trial spend, and compensation, with measurable accuracy, confidence indicators, traceable sources, and review-by-exception adoption.
• Set the Digital Finance technology strategy and target architecture across planning, consolidation, close, SAP finance actuals reporting, and related finance platforms.
• Oversee Oracle EPM Planning, FCCS and Enterprise Data Management, GTN, Global FP&A, consolidation, close, external reporting, controllership, Tax, and Treasury solutions.
• Maintain SOX compliance, audit readiness, IT general controls, responsible AI governance, model monitoring, and reliable platform performance through critical finance cycles.
• Lead executive stakeholder alignment, strategic vendor and system integrator relationships, finance budgets, the finance data foundation, and a global organization of senior directors, workstream leads, and contracted resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field plus 15 years of experience.
• At least 10 years of digital finance leadership experience spanning FP&A, planning, budgeting and forecasting, consolidation and close, and finance platform delivery.
• Experience leading an enterprise-scale planning, budgeting, and forecasting transformation from design through global release and adoption, ideally AI-driven.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Planning, FCCS, Enterprise Data Management, SAP finance, cloud data platforms, gross-to-net, and controllership processes.
• Experience delivering AI and generative AI capabilities at scale with measurable, audited business value, including predictive forecasting and forecast-accuracy measurement.
• Experience operating in SOX-controlled environments, including audit readiness, IT general controls, and model governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and program management skills, with the ability to influence EVP- and SVP-level leaders.
• Experience directing system integrators and strategic vendors on large, multi-workstream programs.
• Experience leading global, multi-country teams of employees and contracted resources.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, run finance platforms while delivering PBF, and use strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decisions.

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field, plus 13 years of experience.
