INT Finance Strategy & Integration Leader (Biotechnology)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office work model

Salary: $224,900–$404,600 per year, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity

What you will do

• Serve as the senior Finance representative on the INT Leadership Team and provide financial perspective on strategic, operational, and investment decisions.
• Integrate financial planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and scenario analysis across CMC, Commercial & Medical, and Research & Development.
• Own the consolidated INT financial model, including short-term forecasts, long-range planning, governance, assumptions, and performance reporting.
• Lead Finance readiness for INT commercial go-live, coordinating processes, systems, reporting, controls, dependencies, and operational handoffs.
• Partner with Merck on forecasts, assumptions, alliance governance, financial performance, and complex cross-company matters.
• Drive standardization, process improvement, financial transparency, and alignment across hirify.global Finance functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive Finance experience, including FP&A, strategic finance, business partnership, or financial operations.
• Significant pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-level financial planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and analytical processes.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization without relying on direct authority.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, judgment, and business acumen.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting commercial-stage pharmaceutical or biotechnology businesses with CMC, R&D, and commercial complexity.
• Experience with alliances, partnerships, joint development, or joint commercialization.
• Experience with commercial launch readiness and establishing Finance capabilities for new products or operating models.
• Experience with Oracle planning and reporting tools, including EPM/Essbase.
