TL;DR

Inventory Control and Finished Product Team Manager (Supply Chain/Manufacturing): Leading inventory control and finished product operations to maintain inventory accuracy, product availability, on-time fulfillment, and efficient production scheduling with an accent on demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on analyzing supply constraints, allocating products during shortages, optimizing production schedules, and driving continuous improvement through operational KPIs.

Location: Onsite in Reynosa, Mexico

What you will do

Lead Inventory Control and Finished Product teams to maintain inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
Manage demand signals and forecasts in Oracle ERP to support customer requirements and production planning.
Analyze inventory levels, demand trends, supply constraints, and capacity to recommend risk-mitigation actions.
Develop inventory strategies, product allocation plans, and optimized production schedules.
Monitor inventory accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, fill rate, and obsolete inventory KPIs.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service, Planning, and Supply Chain teams on operational issues and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Inventory Control, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related discipline.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
