Program Lead, AI Fellowship (AI)

What you will do

• Own the fellowship syllabus, learning objectives, curriculum sequencing, and module integration.
• Oversee the design of slides, exercises, projects, and supporting learning materials.
• Keep the curriculum aligned with AI industry practices, technological developments, market demand, and hiring needs.
• Set quality standards, review learner outcomes and delivery feedback, and continuously improve the program.
• Source, interview, evaluate, brief, and calibrate instructors to ensure consistent classroom delivery.
• Partner with program operations so logistics and delivery decisions support the learning experience.

Requirements

• PhD in a technical field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent deep technical expertise in AI.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in industry or applied research, preferably in industry.
• Experience designing or owning technical curricula for AI/ML fellowships, intensive programs, universities, corporate academies, or equivalent environments.
• Teaching experience in university courses, fellowships, bootcamps, corporate academies, or similar settings, including lecturing, facilitating, or leading technical cohorts.
• Experience interviewing or evaluating technical instructors, experts, or educators and maintaining a high standard for delivery.
• Strong teaching and content-development skills, including creating clear slides, rigorous exercises, and substantive technical projects.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with fast iteration and a high degree of ambiguity.
