Instructor (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with Coaches and Instructors collaborating in the office once a month

What you will do

• Deliver technical learning content for AI for Business Value and AI-Powered Productivity programmes through workshops and drop-in sessions.
• Facilitate sessions against learning objectives and maintain consistent delivery quality.
• Create inclusive, motivating online learning environments and support apprentice engagement.
• Moderate assignments, apply mark schemes, and provide developmental feedback.
• Coordinate with coaches and operations colleagues on apprentice interventions, progress, and programme completion.
• Use professional experience and industry knowledge to help apprentices apply AI and data skills to business contexts.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant professional experience, ideally in AI, software development, or business analysis.
• Industry experience applying AI to generate business value and return on investment.
• Strong written, on-camera communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and commitment to continuous professional development.
• Strong interest in generative AI and regular use of AI tools to improve productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering formal training or coaching on AI, data, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini for Google Workspace, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, programming, digital transformation, or machine learning model creation.
• Postgraduate qualification in AI, data science, computer science, or digital transformation.
