AI and Data Instructor

Location: London; Remote (UK). Hybrid role; coaches and instructors collaborate in the office once a month. A work-from-anywhere scheme is available for up to 10 days per year.

What you will do

• Deliver technical workshops and drop-in sessions aligned with learning objectives.
• Create inclusive, engaging online learning environments for apprentices.
• Moderate assignments against mark schemes and provide actionable feedback.
• Coordinate with coaches and operations colleagues on apprentice progress and interventions.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, programme content, and product updates.
• Build apprentice confidence by connecting technical learning with professional and client contexts.

Requirements

• Strong written, presentation, and on-camera communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and solve problems in online classrooms.
• Proficiency in at least two of Excel for BI, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Practical knowledge of predictive modelling, time series forecasting, statistical methods, and advanced analytics.
• Hands-on experience with data governance and knowledge of data protection laws.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical, responsible data use.

Nice to have

• Skills in SQL and ideally Python demonstrated through real-world projects.
