Business Manager - Internship

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; six-month internship

What you will do

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Search for and pre-select candidates, contribute to recruitment strategies, and build talent networks.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to support efficient recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Eligibility for an extracurricular, Bachelor’s, or Master’s internship agreement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
• Fluent Portuguese and fluent English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
