Agile Scrum Master (Cybersecurity)

Location: Full-time on-site in San Antonio, TX, United States. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required.

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, team backlogs, new requests, risks, dependencies, and progress reporting.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity.
• Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and serve as a point of contact for team and external communications.
• Support Program Increment planning and coordinate dependencies across Cyber teams, including Policy, Engineering, Operations, and Penetration Testing.
• Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards and foster a productive, transparent, non-adversarial working environment.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Agile certification such as CSM, PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Mid-level comprehensive knowledge and expertise across multiple complex tasks, with originality and appreciable latitude in methodology and solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum, including sprint, retrospective, and daily stand-up coordination.
• Experience managing timelines and scope, working with product owners on backlogs, resolving problems, and removing obstacles.
• Experience facilitating internal communication and collaboration, serving as a point of contact for external communications, and coordinating across teams.
• Experience with Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent; familiarity with cybersecurity and RMF delivery contexts; strong facilitation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Advanced CSM, PSM II, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience supporting cyber or DevSecOps programs and software factory environments.
• Experience producing metrics and status reports and coordinating multiple concurrent teams.
